St. Regis Residences is a residential tower in the Coconut Grove neighbourhood located along the South Brickell waterfront with exquisite views of the bay. The external appearance of the project was developed by the famous New York bureau Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA). The exterior is inspired by the golden-age ocean liners with the rigor and appeal of modern-day architecture. Looking up, you can see the facade revealing artful setbacks with private terraces, while the curves echo the waves of the bay below.
